Paper and a pen can help putting a restless mind to
rest, too. Write down all the stuff you don't want to
forget, all the ideas you're going over in your head,
and then allow yourself to forget about it for the
night. After all, it'll be right there on your
bedstand when you wake up again tomorrow. It's very
simple but works.
